Nest Baby Diapers are the most compostable diaper on the market today! Made from eco-friendly, sustainable, and natural materials, they’re popular with eco-conscious families and families who have children who suffer from skin allergies or eczema.
Nest Diapers have undergone a redesign in 2021, so let’s take a look at some of the changes.
Nest Diapers Size Changes
One of the biggest changes, besides packaging and ingredients, which we’ll cover next are size changes. The new Nest Diapers are slightly different. In sizes 3-5 you may have to size up or out a little faster.
In our personal experience using the Size 5 diapers, the tabs on the new diapers are significantly smaller. We were able to still use them though as there was a fair amount of stretch.
Nest Diapers Ingredient Changes
Nest Diapers has always been honest about what exactly their diapers are made of (unlike a lot of other brands.)
It seems like most of the ingredients changes were regarding the fasteners on the diapers. Previously, these were all non-biodegradable and made from synthetic materials. Now many of these pieces are listed with rrenew Organic Technology, which is an additive that enhances biodegration process in a bioactive landfill.
Packaging Changes for Nest Diapers
One of the most noticeable changes is the new packaging! Not only is the packaging more vibrant and colorful, it’s a lot more compact.
Physical Changes to Nest Diapers
Outside of the ingredient changes, the diapers themselves mostly look and feel the same. The biggest difference is the tabs. They are now slightly shorter and rounded. This picture is comparing a size 3 new diaper (top) to an old size 5 diaper (bottom) so the size comparison isn’t accurate, but it gives you a decent look at the tab difference.
Overall these seem like some fun and great changes! The size differences may be frustrating – but if you’re a Blossom customer and need some samples of the same or different size please don’t hesitate to contact us!
