A low cost option is back on the menu for Nuna with the introduction of the Pipa Aire car seat! Available only at specialty shops (like ours!) the Pipa Aire is a lightweight car seat using the Pipa Series base.
The Pipa Aire retails at $350, compared to the $550 of the Pipa Aire RX and the Pipa RX at $450.
What’s different about the Pipa Aire?
At first glance, the biggest different between the Pipa Aire and Pipa Aire RX are the materials and the base. The Pipa Aire uses the traditional Pipa base with load leg, bubble level indicator, and no anti-rebound panel.
The Pipa Aire has a slightly lower usage than the Pipa RX, but the same as the Pipa Aire RX with up to 30 lbs and 30 inches. The only feature we’re not sure is there is the magnetic buckle holders, however the lack of the pocket style as seen on the Pipa RX is missing which leads us to believe it does have it.
