If an item or product is listed with a Backorder or Pre-Order status, we do not have this product on hand. We offer the ability for a customer to reserve the item by Backordering or Pre-Ordering the item. Please see the below information regarding Backorders or Pre-Orders before placing your order.
- Products that are listed as either backorder or preorder may have an estimated time of arrival. This timeframe is an estimate and subject to change.
- We cannot guarantee a product will arrive or ship within any time frame listed on our site.
- We are not liable for any loss, damages, or hardship due to a pre-order or backorder item.
- You may cancel a pre-order or backorder at any time – this cancellation may be subject to a restock fee if inventory was being brought in specifically to fulfill your order. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for more information.
- Orders placed with buy now pay later methods including but not limited to Afterpay, Klarna, or Affirm will be refunded less a non-refundable 6% loan processing fee.
- An order can no longer be cancelled when it is in a Preparing for Shipment or Completed order state.
- We cannot guarantee inventory for all backorder and pre-order items.
- Charges may process when the order is PLACED depending on the payment method.
